What inspires me?

I never realised how difficult this was to answer.

I could say many things, however I wanted to search for my own truth and try not to reproduce someone else’s thoughts, easier said than done.

I really don’t want to give the Violin version either. Having you all yawning way before bedtime is a drag.

So I’ll give it a bash and see what happens.

The strength of the human spirit when times are dire, inspires me.

When I see someone willingly donate something of value anonymously, I feel inspired.

When others display the persistence and mental strength to overcome adversity, I feel inspired.

Achievement inspires me.

Excellence inspires me.

Music inspires me.

Story telling inspires me.

Discovering that I still have the ability to learn, when I thought it was all over, inspires me.

Hearing someone laugh and laugh and laugh out loud, inspires me.

I am inspired and humbled when someone says

“Thank you for helping me”

I am inspired when I hear genuine stories of human kindness.

I am inspired when a child tries their absolute best, and their parents hug them with smiles on their faces, pride in their hearts, and say

“Well done, we are proud of you”

When a beautiful man of 91 years giggles with all the joys of life, still able to magnetise a room full of people with his positive attitude, I am inspired.

When others fail over and over, yet perseverance, drive and hard work reward success, I am inspired.

When others reach out to lend a helping hand with no expectation in return, I am inspired.

The more I listen, the more I hear, the more I observe, the more I learn, the more I admire,

The more I am inspired- XN

  1. Howdy! I could have sworn I’ve visited this web site before but after
looking at many of the posts I realized it’s new to
me. Anyhow, I’m certainly happy I discovered it and I’ll be book-marking it and checking back frequently!

  2. You’re so interesting! I do not think I’ve read a single thing like that before.

So great to discover someone with some original thoughts on this
subject matter. Really.. thank you for starting this up.

This website is something that is needed on the web, someone with a bit of originality!

  3. Howdy, There’s no doubt that your site could be having web
browser compatibility problems. Whenever I look at your
website in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it’s got some overlapping issues.
I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Aside from that, excellent blog!

    1. Thanks Eulah, this comment was in my spam, so I apologise for the late reply. Does it look ok now? I have had a few teething problems with the appearance on different browsers. My iPad uses Safari, and that’s predominantly where all of my posts are produced, so perhaps when transferred to IE, it has issues formatting. Thanks for the info, warmly Nicole

  4. I’d like to thank you for the efforts you’ve put
in writing this blog. I’m hoping to check out the same
high-grade content by you in the future as well. In fact, your
creative writing abilities has motivated me to get my own website now 😉
